OGM present at the CEESI 2016 North American Custody Transfer Measurement Conference

Posted on: 15th Jul 2016

OGM were invited to make presentations at the CEESI 2016 North American Custody Transfer Measurement Conference held between June 21st - 23rd, in San Antonio, Texas, USA. Julien Porré and Dr Wes Maru both attended and presented papers on the topics of 32 Beam Ultrasonic Technologies and Smart Mixing.

The presentation entitled “Smart EA Mixing Technology for Liquid Sampling in Custody Transfer Applications” was delivered by our R&D Manager Dr. Wes Maru, and can be downloaded via this link http://www.ceesi.com/docs/SanAntonio2016/Maru.pdf

This Product, using a Novel Mixing Technology, brings many unique features and benefits thanks to a paradigm shift from the current agitated mixing approach to Vortex Entrainment Atomisation.

The presentation attracted significant interest both from end users and other technology developers.

Although primarily developed for use in liquid hydrocarbon custody transfer applications, it has the potential to be used in many other applications where guaranteed and quantifiable mixing is required.

The presentation entitled “32 Beam Ultrasonic Technology for Multi Viscosity Custody Transfer Applications” was delivered by the Metrology Research Manager Dr.Julien Porré.
